Harold Holt Swim Centre - Dive Facility Upgrade

We’re proposing to bring diving back to the Harold Holt Swim Centre.

With close to 500,000 visitors a year, the Harold Holt Swim Centre in Glen Iris is a highly valued community facility.

The dive tower and pool at ‘Harold Holt’ was closed to the public in 2003 and we’re regularly asked when, or if, it can be reopened.

The City of Stonnington has worked with the original architects to develop plans for the restoration of 1m and 3m diving at the heritage listed dive tower.

We’re now seeking feedback on our proposal from local residents, pool users and the community.

View the concept designs below, feedback will be collated and presented in a report to a Council meeting later this year. Responses to frequently asked questions are also available.

Council will also liaise directly with key stakeholders such as Diving Victoria, Heritage Victoria and Live Saving Victoria.

If you have any questions about this consultation, please contact the Harold Holt Swim Centre.
