The City of Stonnington is committed to provide an excellent customer service to its community and customers. Everyday Council delivers in excess of 100 services and all of our staff play an important role in delivering these services and programs.

To ensure the City of Stonnington continues to provide our customers with the best experiences possible we are developing a Customer Experience Strategy.

We encourage you take part in our online survey to share your insights and experiences with our customer service team to help shape the strategy and continue to improve our services into the future.

    We are invited residents to take part in focus groups to help us improve our customer service.

    The sessions took around 90 minutes and were held at our Council offices in Malvern on the following days:

    • Monday 24th June 6:30pm – 8pm (Malvern Town Hall - High Street entrance)
    • Tuesday 25th June 10:30am –12pm (Malvern Town Hall - High Street entrance)
    • Tuesday 25th June 6:30pm – 8pm (Malvern Town Hall - High Street entrance)


    Thank you to all those who participated and shared their insights, we greatly appreciate your time.
