The City of Stonnington is committed to provide an excellent customer service to its community and customers. Everyday Council delivers in excess of 100 services and all of our staff play an important role in delivering these services and programs.

To ensure the City of Stonnington continues to provide our customers with the best experiences possible we are developing a Customer Experience Strategy.

We encourage you take part in our online survey to share your insights and experiences with our customer service team to help shape the strategy and continue to improve our services into the future.

    At the City of Stonnington we are focused on providing our customers with the best experiences possible whenever they use a Council service or interact with us in any way.

    We are inviting residents to take part in a focus group to help us improve our customer service. These sessions will be no more than 90 minutes in length and will be held at our Council offices in Malvern – refreshments will be provided.

    There are three sessions you can attend:

    • Monday 24th June 6:30pm – 8pm (Malvern Town Hall - High Street entrance)

    • Tuesday 25th June 10:30am –12pm (Malvern Town Hall - High Street entrance)

    • Tuesday 25th June 6:30pm – 8pm (Malvern Town Hall - High Street entrance)


    If you’d like to take part and share your insights, you’ll also receive two movie passes to thank you for your time.
